I’ve been doing live Facebook videos this week about losing 100 pounds in 8 months and in yesterday’s video, actually maintaining the lost weight came up as a big issue. I’ll try to write more about it later, but here’s a quick video for you in the meantime. (It’s easier than going through the live video in which we talked about quite a few things.)
